Our Terms and Conditions are in compliance with Swedish law and any disputes fall under Swedish jurisdiction. To order from our webshop you must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian permission.
All jewelry is handmade, unique and follows the personal craft and design of Krista Kretzschmar. Every piece will age according to the specific conditions in which the wearer uses the jewelry. We strongly recommend to not use the jewelry in wet conditions, such as in the shower, bath, pools, lakes, rivers and the ocean. Especially salt water has an immediate impact.
We cannot guarantee that this website will be free from typos, errors in specifications, prices, measurements, images or other erroneous content.
We cannot guarantee that all products that appear on the site are in stock. You will be notified by email as soon as we received your order.
We cannot guarantee that an image accurately reflects a product’s actual colors. Depending on your computer or monitor settings, colors may vary.
We reserve the right to deny any purchases at our own discretion.
CURRENCY & PRICES
The prices you see are in SEK (Swedish Kronor). The prices in other currencies are converted from SEK using PayPal’s currency converter and will will vary according to the current exchange rates. Your order will be charged in SEK and your bank will convert it to your currency using their own exchange rates.
You will be charged the amount in SEK (Swedish Kronor).
VAT & TAXES
For shipping destinations within the EU, Swedish VAT of 25% is included.
For all other destinations the prices shown are not including VAT, taxes, duties or other surcharges involved in imports to your specific country. Please consult your country’s customs or other proper authorities for information regarding this.
We accept payment through a PayPal-account and by most major credit cards accepted by PayPal including Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro, Diners Club and American Express. We follow Swedish law and on completing a purchase your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of the order. To make your purchase as safe as possible, your credit card information is sent via a secure connection and your card details cannot be read by outsiders.
In the case of a return the purchase amount will be transferred back to your credit card. You must always enter your credit card details for each visit with us as we do not save this type of information.
When we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation via email. The confirmation is sent within 24 hours, if you have not received it within that period send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We ship for free worldwide and if not stated otherwise, a flat-rate shipping cost will be added to your order and displayed at checkout. All orders are processed and sent from Sibyllegatan 59, 114 34 Stockholm, Sweden and shipped by the Swedish Postal Service; Posten AB within Sweden and by Fedex outside Sweden.

Deliveries to EU countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that VAT is included in the price. Deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Norway, Switzerlan, USA) are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis meaning that VAT, taxes, duties or other surcharges involved in imports to your specific country may apply. Please consult your country’s customs or other proper authorities for such information. Under no circumstances do we label shipments as “gifts” or downgrade the value on items.
We have included measurements of most of our products to help you find the right size. If you have any specific requirements, please contact us for Private Sales firstname.lastname@example.org.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS & FAULTS
We comply with Swedish consumer legislation which means that you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you received the product. We will reimburse the total purchase amount but you are responsible for the shipping cost.
The goods must be returned in perfect condition, unused and undamaged. All labels, price tags etc. must remain attached to the product. If your product came with a dustbag, this must also be returned as it is considered part of the product. Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for.
If you wish to exchange an item this can be done within the 14 day period from delivery. Please contact us so that we can guarantee that the product is in stock. Return shipping is at your expense and note that for returns outside of the EU additional taxes and duties may apply again. Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. This does not include damage from normal use over time.
If you believe you have received faulty goods you must contact us with documentation before sending the product so that we can approve the complaint. If the complaint is approved, we are to send you a similar non-faulty product once we have received the faulty product and the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed to you on presentation of proof of postage. If the faulty product returned is not in stock, you will be reimbursed the full purchase amount. Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for. Note that for customers outside the EU, VAT and other import expenses are not covered.
Krista Kretzschmar shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity, telephone or internet services.
In asserting Force Majeure as an excuse, Krista Kretzschmar shall have the burden of proving that reasonable steps were taken (under the circumstances) to minimize delay or damages caused by foreseeable events, that all non-excused obligations were substantially fulfilled, and that the other Party was timely notified of the likelihood or actual occurrence which would justify such an assertion, so that other prudent precautions could be contemplated.
